Site-wide: analytics
We use Google Analytics across the site to understand how visitors use it — which pages are viewed, how long for, general location (city/country level), and device/browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don't use this data to identify you personally. You can opt out using a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Discover (the Taylor chat tool)
When you chat with Taylor, we store the conversation against a session link so you (or we) can return to it. Taylor doesn't ask for your name, email or phone number, and you don't need to provide them to see automation suggestions. If you choose to type personal details into the chat, or follow up by booking a call via Calendly or emailing us, those details are collected through that separate step. We keep Discover conversations until you ask us to delete them.
Connect: what we collect
- Account access tokens (not passwords) for services you choose to connect — currently Google (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Xero, with more added over time.
- Basic account details returned by those services, such as your connected Xero organisation name or Google account email.
- Your name, company name and contact email, used to manage your account.
- Security logs of actions like sign-ins, connections and disconnections, kept for security and audit purposes.
Connect: how we use and protect it
We use connected account access solely to run the specific automated workflows we've built for your business, using Make.com as our automation platform. We do not use your data to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any AI model. Access tokens are encrypted and reachable only by the automated systems that need them. Signing in requires two-step verification, and security-relevant actions are recorded in a tamper-proof log kept for at least 12 months. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard, which removes our access and deletes the stored tokens.
Who we share information with
Depending on which part of the site you're using, we share information with Google Analytics (site-wide analytics), Calendly (only if you book a call), Make.com and Supabase (our automation and infrastructure providers, for Connect only), and the services you've connected through Connect, strictly as needed to run your automations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing suzy@automateshub.ai. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
