Using this site and Discover

You're welcome to use our Discover chat tool to explore automation ideas for your business. Suggestions from Taylor are general and indicative — a starting point for discussion, not a binding proposal or professional advice, until confirmed with Suzy or Chris directly.

The Connect portal

Clients use the Connect portal to securely grant AutoMATES permission to access specified third-party accounts (currently Google and Xero, with more added over time) so we can run agreed automated workflows, and to revoke that permission at any time. You confirm that you have the authority to connect the accounts you authorize, and you're responsible for keeping your own portal login secure, including your two-step verification method. We'll only use the access you grant for the automations agreed with you, and only for as long as the connection stays active.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This site, the Discover tool, the Connect portal and the automations they support are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, and we make no warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for outages, errors or changes made by third-party services we connect to (including Google, Xero, Make.com and Calendly). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
